Meade ETX90 Upgrade failed.......now no response

Hi all,
I tried to update my Autostar last night, but the serial cable got knocked
out during the update cycle (at about 7%), got a message on the screen to
power cycle the scope, but now it won't respond to any communications.

Anyone got any good ideas about how to get the autostar talking again, or do
I need to send to Meade or similar for a repair?

Hi Rob,

Try the 'safe loader mode':
Press and hold both the Enter and Scroll Down keys while powering
the Autostar up. You should see "FLASH LOAD READY" and be able
to update. I think I got that right, but check on he
