M90 - Galaxy in Virgo

The spiral galaxy M90 (NGC 4569) was one of the eight galaxies listed
by Charles Messier on March 18 1781. The tightly wound spiral arms
show no sign of star formation except close to the inner disk. M90 is
one of the very few galaxies that is moving towards us.
