Default Anyone know why Earth Observatory is off-line?

NASA’s Earth Observatory is temporarily off-line. We anticipate
returning during the first week of March 2008; please check back then.
We apologize for any inconvenience.

Sounds like installing a new database maybe. Or is it just a spring
