Default Stealth satellite patent

Apparently, Bigelow has patented an inflatable shell for the purpose
of deflecting incoming radiation such as Ir, optical radiation or
radar. I have not looked at said patent but it may be in the realm of
"prior art" or prior knowledge. In the late 80s, I proposed such a
thing specifically to protect satellites from a nuke burst in space
and even proposed that it have a taper in the direction of the
incoming radiation. My intention was to protect against the soft x-
rays from a burst about 500 km distant but I did note that this could
also protect a satellite from optical radiation too.
I hate it when the USPTO allows patents on obvious stuff or prior art
simply because they are ignorant of the info being available.

Bigelow is a whole lot smarter than given credit.

Send him your resume'. I suspect that with your background you'd be
calling him a Zionist/MI5/CIA/Nazi-clone in no time. haha
