Yesterday, 68 Senators violated their oaths of office.
They voted to pass S. 2248 FISA Amendments Act of 2007, a Bill that replaces the "Protect America Act". This bill violates our Bill of Rights w.r.t. telecommunications standards. Those who support a president's agenda can spy on individuals WITHOUT A WARRANT. This will create an incentive for other companies to engage in similar crimes, WHILE NOT REWARDING THE POSITIVE LAWS OF THOSE WHO PARTICIPATE IN THE ARENA OF IDEAS. This is how he Senate voted: Sen. The sum of departmentalizations within a bureaucracy must
require certain dependencies, such as funding, as well as attitudes within and between the so-called "departments", in order to strengthen the overall integrity of the bureaucracy. However, "funding" is also dependent upon the willingness of "sovereign" people to accept the bureaucracy en TOTAL, requiring that the "rights" of sovereignity have not been violated. Since there must always exist some "mismatch" between a bureaucracy and a sovereign people, some inter- national jurisdicting party should have the ability to cal- ibrate at what point on a "hierarchy of need" that this mis- match has occurred. Both the bureaucracy, as well as the sovereigns, according to positive law, can be viewed from the perspective as operatives within a fully "compartmented" complex of interlating hierarchies, and examined according to their "positronic" influences. It has been estimated that, according to the hierarchy of needs used, there are 80,640 "positronic" pathways that are inclined overall, towards an "upward" path, yet there are TWICE AS MANY "negatronic" influences (161,280) that tend to drag the "positronic" ones down. Positronic influences, therefore, must be related to something other than these "negatronic" influences. Since "positive laws" must influence the "positronic pathways" for an upwardly mobile, civilized society to prosper, these "positive laws" HAVE TO BE SEPARATED from a bureaucracy that espouses "negativity", as determined by the "negatronic" pathways in the hierarchy of needs. The current legal system in the U.S. is "negatronic", meaning that it is usually cheaper and less time-consuming to acquire legal representation in a TORT case than it was to reinvent a system of government that was originally "torted" against. This legal representation has currently been manifested by a majority of delegates who are involving themselves in the electoral process against conservatism. The particular brand of conservatism being upheld here relates to how the hidden and countersubversive TORT industry, which becomes manifested through the interlating transnational bureaucracies purchase of "carbon credits" between nations, threatens the "true modernization" of even the transnationals, through the positronic influence of positive law. This is especially true with the U.S. energy industry, along with the U.S. military industrial complex. The transnationals who subvert the positive law represent the 161,280 "negatronic" influences that are currently attempting to "time and date" stamp the conservative movement in this country. Truth will prevail against their lies. The problem is, the majority of brainwashed media still think that the wide path of negativity being pursued by the special transnationalist interest groups is all downhill. Nothing could be further from the truth. American "Never leave that till tomorrow which you can do today." - Benjamin Franklin |
