... HJ I knew once I mentioned Burger king fries you would post that
question. I'm having trouble sticking to that 5lb MSP diet. I'm down to
just micro baking them. Making those MSP chips is a lot of work over a
large hot frying pan. They should be made in factories. MSP pan cakes
would sell (they are good) Its a billion dollar idea. Jump on it HJ
Eat to stay young and healthy (why not) Only the rich and famous can
afford MSP pills.($1,000 each) I'm drinking more and eating
less. I'm sleeping less, and thinking more. bert

As a "health nut" I ask you why you have to fry them? Just eat em thin
sliced but raw (the best way) to get all the vitamins, minerals, & enzymes.

Or just cook the whole sweet potato in the microwave, then apply
topping of your choice. That's the kind of thing I do. Keep it
simple. That chicken fat you fry them in might be taking away more
years than the MSP's are adding.

"Chicken fat is 100% fat and cholesterol and can do a major snow job
on your arteries. It's about the worst type of fat on the planet - and
it's in a very tight race with lard.

Calorie Content: 115 per Tablespoon

Total Fat Grams: 13 grams

Calories from Fat: 100%

Cholesterol: 11 mg

No dietary fiber, protein or sodium is found in chicken fat."

Switch to olive oil or you can't call your MSP chips "health food".
