Lower frequencies, larger photons, would, by your theory, be 'skewed' by
even very slow motion of the source.

Skewed waves would display a noticable shift in wavelength, in addition to
that predicted by Doppler's formula.

Doppler radar would show very much different results than we observe. For
example, the doppler radar readings of hurrican winds would not match with
wind velocity data collected by other methods.
