Why not give me both?
(The preceding one and the following.) What need have you for precision?- Hide quoted text - Weatherlawyer, Sorry to have misunderstood your question. OK, There was a New Moon on Feb 17.67749 It moved 1.0 deg by Feb 17.750579 The difference being 0.073089days or 1h 45m 14.9 sec Following New Moon Mar 19.113802 progressed 1.0 deg by Mar 19.184536 and the difference is 0.070734 days or 1h 41m 51.4 sec I always include the travel rate at the bottom. This gives observers a leg up on optimal times for feature illumination. Yesterday (Mar 19) it moved at 0.59 d/hr so 1/ 0.59 = 1.6949 hrs or 1h 41m 41.7 sec (close). Regards, Ben |
