Default Is that Venus?

Apologies for my ignorance, but is that Venus in the south west tonight ?
It's HUGE !

It's certainly bright, and it's an optical illusion that makes it seem
huge. In fact, unless your eyesight is extrememly good it's no bigger
than a star.

I think Patrick Moore once did an experiment on Sky at Night to see if
anyone could see the phase, and only one person showed real evidence
that they could.

Venus/Moon - to Terraform, DNA seed or Not - in spite of whatever you've been told, there's other intelligent life on Venus. Venus simply is NOT insurmountably too hot and nasty. Matt Wiser History 1 February 7th 06 06:02 AM
