Seriously, you have to attach big parts like this to ISS in the right
sequence. If you want to change the assembly sequence, it can be a very
big task to do all the engineering analysis and replanning to make this
happen. It's not as easy as sticking Lego bricks together.


Unless it's designed like a Lego brick. How many unused arm attach points
points are there on the Space Station right now? Or, astronaut handholds?
