The Algorithm of Virtual Machines

[ Computer Science ]

Definitions

What is the function of a Search Engine ?

The function of a Search Engine is to search and retrieve "The Truth".

What does this mean?

Person 'a' searches for "oatmeal cookies".

The Truth: (search results), must and only have to return "Oatmeal
Cookies".

Any other (search) result(s) - will not be 'The Truth'

OR

Incorrect Answers

OR

The waste of a person's time.

What function does a Virtual Machine Perform?

Since a Virtual Machine is "unaware of itself", it must be "guided" to
seek and retrieve The Truth from its DATABASE.

This "guide" is the user of the Virtual Machine.

What Algorithm does a Virtual Machine Use?

The Algorithm of Virtual Machines is to receive three inputs of Truth
from its user, in order to "Triangulate & Retrieve" "Truth"; in the
form of "Search Result Advice".

Search Result Advice must be limited to 10 results per page and no more
than 30 results in total.

Search results that exceed 30 in number, is a result of an inefficient
search algorithm.

A Search Engine fails, when a user: "Does not find The Truth".

That is: The user didn't find the exact website / information sought.
