No. So long as you don't demand 'mission accomplished' in 8 1/2 years, as did Kennedy's Apollo proposal, there is no reason why it can't be fund ed at present NASA budget levels. And we're starting at a significantly higher level of technology/readiness than existed when Kennedy announced Apollo. Brian Using the proposed budget figures, maybe, but we all know that proposed figures are for political purposes only.
