Default Wouldn't a much, much slower inflation be more likely ?

We already know our theories are incomplete. GR and the quantum
theories are fundamentally incompatable. GR is expected to fail
somewhere in and around black holes, and QM gets fussy around Planck

I'm in agreement with you on this. But it is only SOME theories, thank
