Cool total eclipse - prom prospects

...it's total eclipse day for north Africa [Libia/ Eygpt] SE Europe [Turkey etc] and partial for most of Europe including UK.

From London this morning in slowly clearing skies, prior to partial, there are two fair proms on both east and west limbs with spot #865 and plage near east limb well developed with spot easily seen in PST detuned. A long filament attached to prom on east approaching limb.
Baader WL filtered 70mm Bresser refr and PST for H-alpha ready for action.
