Hi,
You best option is probably lies in buying a Meade ETX-90 or, if you can afford the higher cost, a Meade ETX-125. The optical quality is pretty good and they will show plenty of planetary details (the larger the scope the better) and they all have automated pointing and tracking which sould be of help if you're in a wheelchair.
