![]() Hi Tony You should be able to codge something together with one or more of these adapters, try the prev and next buttons at the bottom to scroll through. http://www.trutek-uk.com/customwheel.../sctmsctm.html Hope this sorts you out Regards Chris "Tony Pagett" wrote in message o.uk... I have a DSI wide adapter with an Olympus OM fitting. I cannot achieve focus unless I unscrew the adapter dangerously close to falling off thus increasing the register.I am hoping to try and put in a spacer of some sort (a clear 42mm filter perhaps). I need about 5mm more between the CCD and the lens. "Chris Taylor" wrote in message ... "Tony Pagett" wrote in message news ![]() Does anybody out there know the front thread size on the Meade DSI? I think it is about 42mm but I don't know the thread pitch. Methinks its the same thread as the M42 or T2 camera adapter (common T-Adapter) thread. I'm not sure whether this has a 0.75mm or 1mm thread pitch though. What is it that you're trying to do with it? I have the DSI and have attached it directly to the rear of one of my scopes, and have a few adapters that I've used with the DSI. If you're trying something that I've already done I may be able to point you in the right direction? Regards Chris |
