STS-116

Surely someone knows the reason Terry Wilcutt is no longer in command
of this flight and Mark Polansky was assigned...just curious that's all!

I'd guess it has to do with two things:

1) Wilcutt has been assigned to a management position (Mission Safety I
think). That may have cut into training for STS 116.

2) He is one of the older Astronauts. Could be a bit of the "make way
for the younger guys" mentality going on.

Just guesses though.
