Default Collimation via camera

A webcam is a most useful accessory to collimate a Newt for instance.
You can see what's happening whilst tweaking the adjusters at the back
of the mirror. That's good for the early stages of collimation and
paticularly if you can't get your eye in the right position. You may
want to use a laser collimator for the final stages or even fix your
webcam in such a way as to monitor that phase as well.
