I use SpaceBanter.com for my newgroup reader/ contributions mostly to
'UK astronomy' and 'sci.astro.amateur' and can post images below the
msg. Can these be viewed by other newsgroup readers? TIA.

for images, please use alt.binaries.pictures.astro. Many servers delete binaries in other
groups.
