In order to explain the apparent missing mass in the galaxy, and the
expansion of the universe, much wild speculation has been made. Dark
matter, dark energy, and even parallel universes have been invoked.
But maybe gravity just isn't as simple as Newton's equation:

F = G m_1 m_2 / r^2.

How do we know the equation only has one term?

Nature isn't compelled to conform to simplicity. The ancients thought
that all the heavenly bodies moved in perfect circles. Even Copernicus
thought the Earth and planets moved in perfect circles. Something
might be moving in more than on circle (epicycles), but all motion was
basically circular.

But Kepler discovered that nature was not that simple. The planets
moved in ellipses, not circles.

So why should gravity be so simple as Newton's equation?

Perhaps it could be better described by an equation with more than one
term. Something like this:

F = -G_0 m_1 m_2 + G_1 m_1 m_2 /r + G_2 m_1 m_2 / r^2

where G_0 G_1 G_2

so the third term would predominant at the distances we usually measure
in our solar system and G_2 would be equal to the gravitational
constant we know.

But at galactic distances, the second term would become predominant,
and gravity would be greater at long distances than we would expect
form our old equation.

At very large distances, the first term would become predominant, and
G_0 would be equivalent to Einstein's Cosmological Constant, and
gravity would become repulsive.

It still doesn't explain how gravity works, but the gravity observed
can be described by this kind of a smooth mathematical model, then it
is how gravity essentially works and you can stop looking for missing
matter or energy to fudge your results with.

about 100 "What ifs" The fact that we have a parrel universe and I
was able to enter Bert's(yours) by brain waves is very tricky stuff. It
begins with the big bang that created all there is in both universes.

created?? So let me tell you this When matter is created from
energy,it is created in the form of particle-antiparticle "pairs" That

near. Soul fits better for is is a rational emotion in man's thoughts.
Can form an entity distinct from and can exist independently of his
body.Bert and I can most certainly agree on that. Bert and I are
identical,and can only be distinguished by my superior thinking. Bee I
have a gut feeling you put a lot of "soul" into your music. People
with lack of soul can never communicate with their parrel anti twin.
