"Paul L Money" wrote in message I have located
about 70 of the Messier objects using just a basic and
cheap pair of 10X50s and I keep meaning to finish off the rest when I
get a chance. However any binocular will take you deeper if they are put
on some sort of mount - I just have a camera tripod but anything that...-
I'm betting that there may be other DSO's that can push that limit.

So come on folks - how far can you go with just a pair of Bins?

Best wishes

Paul Money

I'm up to 88 with a BORG 60mm refractor. Might go for a marathon with it
from Tenerife next March...

Paul
