Default Part just fell off

Anyone watching the NASA channel right now? I just saw a part fall off
the shuttle. Oh well hopefully it won't have a big impact on the
launch.

Hey right before the last launch attempt apart did fall off doing
damage....

Parts fell off during the last flight ultimatyely killing the crew
