Launch-1 Day (Monday, July 25)
Pad sound suppression system water tank filling complete (12
a.m.).

Question: Why do they have to re-fill the water tank? They never used it
when the first launch attempt was scrubbed, so doesn't it still contain the
water from that launch attempt?

I'm sure even at LC39 people have to use the toilet on occassion and I see
no need for a seperate water tower for sanitary and sound suppression. So
I'm sure that there is a checklist item for "Is water tank full?" and if not
"fill tank, to be complete NLT X hour".

Maybe they dont.
It looks like the media people at NASA have just taken the old press
release from July 9th, changed a few dates and re-released it once
more.
