It is called a persistent current built with moving electrons. The primary root claim of Dr. Yoon is that in electrons that are moving, the electric field lags behind so there is no electric field at the front. Look. There are countless experiments in particle physics where they study the behavior of the particles when they are near and in collisions, etc. If what Dr. Yoon claim that moving electrons don't have electric field at the front. There would be anomaly in the experimental results and scientists can easily discover it. The fact that thousands of experiments are done with budget of billions of dollars and no such finding occurs means electric field is omnidirectional even in moving electrons. This is the primary problem I have with Yoon Book. If have thoughts about the particle experiments worldwide and why they are all wrong. Feel free to share it and we will give our counterarguments. I don't give in to any biases based on subjective feeling and conceptual favoritism but to pure empirical data. You must focus on this electic field lagging behind a moving electron thing.
