How do I post my 800 ISO film pic of the comet?

Post them to alt.binaries.pictures.astro and put the word ASTRO in the
beginning of the subject line.

I know nothing about outlook express so someone else will have to walk you
through that mess.

I have seen people post attachments here. Why doesn't my OE do it?
My mail server doesn't seem to let me post attachments on SAA. How
come others can?

I don't know as I use Linux because Windows sucks ass. Those who may post
attachments here are wrong for doing so.

That is what alt.binaries.pictures.astro is for.
