I'd actually rather have my body just left out in the desert someplace for the coyotes, ravens and vultures. I'd prefer medical science or art for mine. Burning seems a bit wasteful, but the idea of taking up a hole in the ground for a century of five strikes me as utterly absurd. Being eaten by wildlife seems a bit of a waste too. I like the idea of some more permanent memorial (physical or in the collective memory) but I figure I'm going to have to do something special to justify that (primarily to myself).
