Default Measuring the speed of light coming at you

OK we know if photons are coming at you at 670 million miles per
hour,and you were on Darla's space ship speeding away from these photons
at 100 million miles an hour you measuring device would show 670 million
miles per hour. Maxwell told us that years before Einstien Crazy but
reality. Now here is a question. What device can measure light coming
straight at us? Bert PS I like using light per hour rather than
light per second What do you like best?,
