Being able to repair ones own DNA is quite a trick. [...]
There is a lot we have genetically forgotten in out
headlong race for the largest brain.

And a good thing it is. IN a changing environment, any biological
entity with an unchanging DNA is doomed. We developed evolutionarily
exactly because our DNA can mutate, break, change, shift. Because
we're mortal.

Immortality isn't much of a trick -- as you can see bacteria can
figure it out. And then they stay bacteria forever. For the simple
reason that immortality is an evolutionary dead end.

If you managed to become immortal today, you'd be yesterday's
hardware in no time.

Y.T.

Glad you pointed that out.

Death is evolution's friend!

Ha, ha, ha, ha, don't let exotic beauty eternal Darla hear you
say that. Better hope the alien inter galactic cosmic stream
communication LY receivers are too far out. I don't think they would
like Y.T.'s and Double-A's affirmatively calling them yesterday's
hardware.

Ha ha! More like last geologic era's hardware!

But then understand that most of their race live much shorter lives,
allowing the possibility of evolutionary improvements to continue.

Now you know why the profound visiting aliens consider net
inter cosmic diplomatic nightbat their most trusted Earthman. Only how
long is it going to take to get those fantastic alien Tesla reported
inter galactic radio crystal decoder rings and advanced intergalactic
toys?

And who said unchanging DNA Y.T., try nightbat pointing designer
engineered, repaired, and enhanced immortal super human, super hero one.

New planetary old worlds genetically engineered via new advanced
physics, biology, and chemistry. Voluptuous perfect beauty and
genetically healthy female specimens at your docile beckoning whim.
Perhaps even bi sexually genetically programed for Bert's or particular
discriminating pleasure. A science doll who keeps your telescope shined,

Ha ha ha ha ha!

lenses polished, and cleaned without asking. Anything is possible and
constant repaired and improved and updated genetic engineered internal
DNA modeled creatures of exquisite, charm, manner, beauty, and
intelligence. Never Y.T.'s fearful aging bio hardware but recombinant
DNA rejuvenating cell one.

Sounds like a Love Slave for the Divine Order!

Have you been watching "Lexx"?

Wait a minute, wait a minute, I think I just described our alt.astronomy
alien Darla. No wonder that sly devil Commander Proz is so defensive
about my talking with the space Cutie. Heck, for all we know because of
my long net Earth pointing Halo research self repairing DNA microbe that
the advanced aliens are really from our future coming back to thank me
for making it all happen for them.

Sure sure, and their telling Double-A, oc, Painius, Uncle Al, Bert,
Greysky, Zinni, of their particular present day Earthman interest as
some of the most intelligent was just an attempt to throw me off of
their real ploy of trying to get their hands on the nightbat cosmic "
Black Comet " Universal model. Hmmmmmm, interesting, well, ok, I'll
trade some of my profound theories if they ever finally decide to
deliver those far advanced technology gifts. Oh yes, I'd like some
samples for lab testing of that strange cosmic pudding Darla keeps
taking about.

Hmmm! The proof's in the pudding, huh?
