Default Odd-looking rock on Mars

See

in the lower left corner. (This is at the Spirit site.)

To my untrained eye, it resembles a mass of decayed vegetation.
Unfortunately, it appears to be on a fairly steep slope that might be
inaccessible to the rover.

Do you mean the large black rock? Well, you know the drill, it's probably
just a rock, volcanic. Are you ready for Solar conjunction, no images for 2
weeks because Mars will go behind the sun?

Uh oh! Martian Pic Withdrawal Syndrome should set in about day 9.

There are pics of that rock in some of the images from sol 161, from the side.
Just another odd shaped rock.
