BTW Stephen, how are you getting on with your Olympus camera? Since my back "went", I have flogged all my telescope stuff and now just have a "big bin" on a parallelogram. No bending, no awkward angles, 6 minutes from decision to observing. Bliss! That also means no scope or drive to attach the camera to, so the Oly is now just used for "normal" stuff, for which it is excellent. I remember you flogging your scope stuff and assumed it was to fund another scope. Really sorry to hear that your back is still that bad. On the other hand your binocular system sounds pretty cool. -- Pete Lawrence http://www.pbl33.co.uk Astronomy and digital imaging website (last update 28-03-04) |
