Why not just show the bloody pic! Eddie Because that's what most people ( ie those who knows nothing about astronomy ) wants to see. If you are really that annoyed, then you surely not watch tv series like StarTrek! Here we have the Enterprise right in the middle of nowhere illuminated by... something (there are no nearby stars) making a kind of deep engine noise (no air to transmit the sound) etc... Stanley Kubrick got it almost right in "2001, a space odyssey". There, Discovery makes no noise while travelling to Saturn but there is a whole orchestra floating in space nearby because we can hear the music!!! Have a good night! Benoît... |
