A short while ago, my lovely Mrs. purchased a Galileo, 4.5" telescope for
me. Unfortunately, as this was a QVC or HSN purchase, there was no included documentation...no sales/service staff to offer any assistance. I know little about telescoping. I don't even know much about the scope, eye-pieces, or platform that we currently own. I have managed to figure out some of the basics through trial and error, but I would like to become a more effective "gazer". I would appreciate any insights/advice on what literature...books, websites, journals...would be a good starting point for a neophyte such as I. Thank you to any who may offer me help. David |
