The "war"

GWB always says that war was declared on the US by Al-Quada. He also is out
to get Osama's head
"dead or alive". I sure don't recall any war where the "leader" of the
enemy had a bounty out on their head.
If so, why didn't they just kill Slobodan M.? Maybe because war wasn't
directly waged with the US?
Is it US policy to just go out and get any leader and "kill em anyway you
can!" if they dare wage war with the
US? Even Osama has rights and must be gotten alive and brought to trial and
NOT dead or alive!
Saddam as we see even has that right. And Saddam had every right as a
leader of a nation to wage war on another.

As far as I know he's not done a thing. I've gone and set up every
Sat./Sunday and once on a wensday night and there's not been anything said
by anyone. Ofcouse I've not gone inside the place either, found that a
potapotty had been placed outside the fence by the scoccer fields, so if I
have to, I go use it instead. I now just take a jug of water with me to
drink. So while it'll not hurt them, they lost any sales to me.
