Well, I have one good way to show the the bad side of lighting, the
RCSD moved last week into a new fancy building, and yes, it's own parking lot lights are good full cutoff ( and I made sure to make a GOOD commit on them ) and when they leave the building, all they need to do is stop outside the door and face south to see the Palmdale / Lancaster light dome, AND to see the Rosamond Lribery which has BAD lighting as it not only lights up the ground, but also the sky too.
