Default Bishop Effect

Well, I have one good way to show the the bad side of lighting, the
RCSD moved last week into a new fancy building, and yes, it's own
parking lot lights are good full cutoff ( and I made sure to make a
GOOD commit on them ) and when they leave the building, all they need
to do is stop outside the door and face south to see the Palmdale /
Lancaster light dome, AND to see the Rosamond Lribery which has BAD
lighting as it not only lights up the ground, but also the sky too.

And with me sitting right in the front row of seating, they couldn't
but help remembering what I've been saying.
