One's latitude can be a factor in determining which objects to view
first as well. This alters the set time. Why not sort by set time at a given latitude and see what happens? Of course some objects may never set. Or worse, never rise! And who said a GOTO is "cheating". :-) My best is 90+ several years ago. And I used a Dob, with no setting circles, no GOTO, and no Telrad! Just a good old Mag 6 Atlas and a lot of practice!
