Cheap telescope for peepingTROLL

I assume I can get something cheap and it will be usable, since the distance isn't that far. Will a cheap Walmart telescope be ok? I'd like to eventually mount a camera or camcorder if it's worth doing, but want to get an indication beforehand. Thanks. TROLL
