Default Einstein-Free Physics: Constant Wavelength of Light

It has been proven not to be constant. It depends on the scenario.
Luckily we have experience with the frequency and wavelength of radio
transmitters mounted on a space vehicle. It is not easy to tune into the
changing frequency/wavelength.
