Default August eclipse/power outage

I don't know how close the path of totality comes to the Outer banks in
Carolina, but there is a power outage there that could last for quite a
while

Anyvbody going the Carolinas for the eclipse better make sure they can still
go where they are planning to go because of this power outage that could
last for weeks
