39° 04' 40.61"N 76° 39' 33.46"W My wife and I were able to see a few
minutes through a break in the clouds just prior to the beginning of totality, then a few minutes more after the onset of totality. Not a cloud in the sky in Eastern England at the start of the eclipse but variable cloud layer on. Could see the moon most of the time even when the cloud was in the way.
