http://www.timeanddate.com/time/leap...ds-future.html In 2012, delegates of the World Radiocommunication Assembly in Geneva, Switzerland, decided once more to postpone the decision to abolish leap seconds and scheduled a new vote for 2015. 'Leap seconds' are a product of an unethical framework built around the 'solar vs sidereal' fictional script which posits that the planet is into the next rotation after 23 hours 56 minutes 04 seconds despite the entire history of the 24 hour system in tandem with the Lat/Long system dictating otherwise. The childish jargon junkies are now encasing the structural references for timekeeping in another fiction by attempting to jettison the stellar circumpolar correlation with rotation that existed since Flamsteed drew that false conclusion and going for a fanciful story which doesn't involve appealing to the astronomical cycles, merely an assertion conjured out of thin air. "At the time of the dinosaurs, Earth completed one rotation in about 23 hours," says MacMillan, who is a member of the VLBI team at NASA Goddard. "In the year 1820, a rotation took exactly 24 hours, or 86,400 standard seconds.. Since 1820, the mean solar day has increased by about 2.5 milliseconds." NASA This is blatant fraud, not science, not honest inquiry or integrity but outright fraud with the sanction of readers here who know well enough to stay away leaving only intellectual non-entities to comment, you excluded. Whatever is going on with you and the rest it is just not sinking in, a huge mistake was made centuries ago which obscures the genuine system which fixes the Earth's orbital position in space using the number of rotations needed to cover the distance for a complete circuit. It is the Christian Churches which must shoulder the blame for allowing this catastrophic flaw to be maintained by the empirical modelers ,their clockwork solar system which they now extend into all sorts of modeling including climate. Remember Sam,what is happening is not the product of brilliant minds but rather people lost in an intellectual maze of their own making. |
