A 10 tonne polar orbiting item has to be of a fairly elliptical trek, and at least that aspect should not be difficult to quantify, if not impossible to hide. Why would other intelligent life not be interested or at least couscous as to how we are trashing our planet and systematically exterminating ourselves?
