Can anyone explain to me what the deuce Min's point is? He seems to
have an argument with astonomy, but I can't really fathom what it is
and his own patient attempts to explain it to me have devolved into me
asking "WTF are you talkin about?!"

Daniel Min makes less sense to me than Koos Nolst Trinite, who
performs remote Scientology auditing on famous people and sends them
the bills. Who does Min send his bills to?

He's a bitter computer consultant whose hobby is to troll the internet
for fun. Don't take his rants too seriously - if you do a quick glance
at his posting history, he's contradicted himself a number of times
over the years.

Who does he send his bills to? He probably bills the good folks of
Denver and Boulder Colorado, who no doubt make up his clients. After
all, if you are going to be on a computer all day anyway, might as
well bill for your fun too...

Yes... but the Unibomber was a man of action. Daniel is a man of
rhetoric. He's in the computer biz all right.

Though I suppose by now he could have morphed into a web designer and
dropped the whole consultant gig, I really don't care enough to check.
I suppose that would explain the free time that it takes to write so
much...

Well... There is only so much I could uncover via a 30 minute search
using groups.google.com's service. You stopped posting your personal
info, (assuming it was accurate) at around the same time you stopped
to post from an open email address, and started to post in late 90's
via anonymous remailer services only. Not that I really truely cared.

Heh... that equal length line stuff isn't really so hard after all...

Anyway, as for "free time", what else would you call time devoted to
one's favorite hobby? You certainly aren't getting paid for it, unless
you are billing clients or an employer... If I were you, I'd spend it
hiking in the mountains, or with my children, or reading a good book.
But then again, perhaps when I reach your age I'll have a different
perspective on how to spend my free time.
