That's a very dismal name and a dismal acronym too, for what is supposed
to be a large and important system. I suggest :-

Wondrously Huge, Government Expendable Rocket System Thrusting
Expensive NASA Missions Aloft Into Extreme Remoteness

I had to look it up, but that's pretty funny. (I got the joke, but
couldn't place him right off the bat)
