That's a thoughtful response.


I can't stand communists or any other dictators; they are the opposite of
what I believe in.


But the question isn't about their dictatorship, it is about their
technical capabilities and its deployment, and to dismiss that seems
rather short-sighted.

And it's not like China is trying do this as part of the Great Leap
Forward; their mercantile base is important to the skill sets and
materials needed.
