I didn't know the SRB camera has a light. Why is it blue? |

But this was at about 60 miles altitude (not sure if NASA TV uses US or nautical miles). Is this truly debris from the ET ? I assume that at that altitude, density of atmosphere is low enough that particules don't decelerate much by the time they get to the wing so they won't cause much damage. Is this tyme of shedding normal on all missions, with this one having the rising sun light them up to make them much moe visible ? |
