Default India develops its space program

The Indian Space Research Organization has gotten a 38% increase.

They will develop their
o manned space flight capabilities with a goal of a a space vehicle
designed for 2 people and a 400 Km orbit.
o kerosene fuel rockets
o a lunar orbiter mission with Russia
o Continued funding for Aditya, a sun observing satellite scheduled
for 2012.
