Read More at:http://www.skyandtelescope.com/news/49035521.html A reasoning person who values their sanity would not beg questions however,if these are supposed to be freeze- framed images of early galaxies at 12 billion year light distance from Earth then the unwary would ask that the light across 12 billion years/distance from the Earth would also mean that light would also extend to 12 billion miles in the opposite direction but that happens to be taken up by the 'earlier' universe.Of course,they would get a 'counter-intuitive' response from people who are comfortable with the reasoning that generates these conceptual monsters,the sorry tale of astrologers projecting the Earth's spherical geometry into space. |
