As a NASA infomercial spewing cyborg, you'd know best. So, why don't
you tell us what we should do next with our borrowed loot?

How many tens of thousands of our DARPA and NANA cabal and their
company of contracted leaches should be kept employed w/benefits., and
how many of their retired should keep their same or better level of
retirement and benefits?

Try real hard to remember that every cent being paid out has been and
will continue to be borrowed with interest and/or concessions, mostly
from foreign investors like China.

Of what and of how much is the added investment payback?
