Default Ares and Constellation to get reviewed

Not as stupid, but still....asking if the Delta troopers weren't going to
kill anyone when they got to the Embassy if EAGLE CLAW hadn't ended in the
desert. Charlie Beckwith said "No sir. Any Iranian with a weapon gets two in
the chest and one in the head. No exceptions." Still, he was kinda stupid,
and soft. He would've been a fine SECSTATE, or a UN Ambassador, but
President....ugh.

Or the MBT-70, and a raft of other attempts to replace the M-60....

Well ya know, I had to reluctantly agree with Pres. Carter when he
cancelled the B1, saying it was a good airplane but but about 30%? too
expensive to take over the B-52 role.

Note to, that Carter had been briefed on stealth at that point and really
saw that we'd be better off waiting for it.

Carter wasn't as stupid as some would like to give him credit for.
