Default New Russian manned spacecraft booster.

After years of hemming and hawing, it appears the Russians have given on
the multi-rocket-module Angara rocket concept and are just going to
stick a new Lox/LH2 upper stage on ye olde Semyorka... which means they
have now moved up to the technology embodied in the Atlas-Centaur back
in 1965. :-)
